Fairness Doctrine. My problems with it.

Here is the Wiki Definition.  It sounds like Obama wants this. Here is my questions?  What happened to our first amendment right to free speech?  I hate MSNBC and their horrible bias but they have a right to say it.  

And my other question.  Who decides what it fair?  The fairness doctrine is terrifying.  We have a right to free speech. And Freedom of the Press.   These rights are what keeps us a democracy!!  

When you vote this Tuesday,  remember that I have heard that Obama would like to see the Fairness Doctrine come back.
