(Photo) Ivanka Trump Selects Rabbi, Converts to Judaism for Jared Kushner

Ivanka Trump, the daughter of real estate magnate Donald Trump, is reportedly converting to Judaism due to her boyfriend Jared Kushner.

Trump and Kushner, the owner of the New York Observer, have selected an outspoken rabbi for her conversion prior to her upcoming nuptials. The couple settled on Rabbi Haskel Lookstein of Manhattan's Congregation Kehillath Jeshurun.

In 2001, Rabbi Lookstein chastised the New York Times over "biased and unfair coverage" of Israel and the Mideast, and got 1,000 subscribers to bail.

According to reports, Trump is attending synagogue regularly. The couple, who have been dating since , split in April, but rekindled their relationship in July.

Trump and Kushner are one of America's biggest power couples in the real estate industry. Trump, the Wharton School of Business alum, is the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions at the Trump Organization.

Kushner, a Harvard University grad, runs Kushner Properties, one of New York's top real estate developers. Kushner is currently in the J.D./MBA program from NYU Law School and Stern School of Business.
