RCA Dome Deflated. VIDEO

With the words, "the dome is dead; long live the dome," former Indianapolis Mayor Bill Hudnut hit the button to turn off the giant fans that kept the RCA Dome inflated. Hudnut was mayor when the dome was built in the 1980s. He says the deflation is a bittersweet moment because of the events held in the building and its role in the revitalization of downtown Indianapolis.
